Spot cowork is Rochester's newest coworking space, with its first location in Victor, NY and several more already in planning phases. The Community Manager position is a multi-faceted customer service and sales role, and is instrumental in all aspects of the welcome process, ensuring a great member experience and growing our community. Please note this is not an "online community management" position. If that's your gig, please do not apply - we are looking for someone to report to work daily at our Victor, NY facility.

There is no task too menial and no challenge too immense for you as you easily balance the smallest details while keeping track of the big picture. You are a friendly, professional salesperson who is proud to pitch not only our varied work spaces but the unparalleled community experience of Port membership.
You are responsible for maximizing occupancy through your outstanding sales skills and customer service, maintaining an extraordinary sense of community, helping to run day-to-day operations, facilitate member events and supporting our team.
What we require
A strong track record of customer-facing experience in sales, hospitality, real estate, retail or a similar environment is essential. Prior experience in coworking is a plus. A college degree is required.
We prefer candidates who are live near Victor, NY and who are enthusiastic about growing a new work culture.
